Returns and refund policy.
Returns: All art print sales are final. Prints are “made to order” and as such, we cannot offer refunds for prints.
Cancellations: All art print sales are final. We will do everything in our power to accept your cancellation requests, but we cannot guarantee that it will be possible. Because all prints are made to order, we can only accept cancellation request if the print has not yet been created. As a result, we ask that you attempt to cancel within the first 24 hours of ordering. If your request is able to be granted, you will receive a full refund for your order. Again, no cancellations are guaranteed. We appreciate your understanding.
Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Items: Any damaged items must be reported within 7 days of delivery. If you are reporting damage, you must include your order number, and photos of the exterior and interior packaging that your art work arrived in, as well as a photo of the damaged art print. Damaged prints will be replaced. Refunds will not be given. If your item is lost or stolen it must be reported within 7 days of ‘delivery’. Sarah Ruth Studios LLC is not held responsible for items being lost or stolen in transit. Replacement for lost and stolen items is at our discretion and is not guaranteed. Refunds will not be given.
Incorrect Shipping Information: Buyers are responsible for providing the correct shipping information. If an order is lost, undelivered, delivered to the wrong address, or returned due to incorrect shipping information, it will not be refunded. The buyer will be responsible for all re-shipping fees to deliver to the correct address. If the print needs to be re-printed, buyers will be responsible for a percentage of the cost of re-printing based on the value of the print.
